Our aim has been to build sustainable places through design. Rather than rely solely on commission work, we have developed our own projects. Projects range from mixed-use commercial to residential. We seek to create a well-designed public realm which includes “third places” where people hang out beyond home and work, facilitating social relationships while making a beautiful place. All our developments take place within the historic Georgetown community - they are often our own desire to see a particular street or corner made beautiful for our walk to the office!
